Taking the previously entertainment zoned Australia Wonderland and getting a fast track inclusion into the SEPP 59 lands gazetted as Economic and Employment Areas through DIPNR. That included 56 ha of land with approximately 240,000 m2 of warehouse space.

Riverstone West Precinct

235 hectares of land – 195 hectares of rural and 40 hectares industrial zoned land located west of the Richmond rail line between Riverstone and Vineyard stations and extending west to Eastern Creek. Through active participation with the Planning NSW the Land has been rezoned as follows:

16 hectares of land zoned for commercial uses (B7)

72 hectares of land zoned for industrial uses (IN1)

16 hectares of land zoned for light industrial (IN2)

76 hectares of land zoned for environmental conservation including a 58 hectare Environmental Corridor

39 hectares of private recreation land

An intermodal facility and new zone electricity substation

Potential for sustainable energy plant

A new sub-arterial road and heavy vehicle route connecting Bandon Road in the north and Garfield Road West in the south

A new underpass crossing the Richmond railway line at Bandon Road. This was a two year process in which we were the key stakeholder in all authority liason including state and local governments.
